YOUR FIRM. YOUR INFORMATION.

Privacy, in plain language.

This notice explains how this DeNovo self-serve experience handles the information you choose to share. It covers the marketing site, saved previews, software checkout, and launch preparation.

The product walkthrough uses fictional client data. Please use that sample when exploring, rather than entering a real client’s family, financial, or legal information.

What you can try without signing up

You can explore the product, change your firm branding, and model a configuration without submitting contact details. Brand and configuration drafts may be saved in this browser. The fictional wizard’s answers stay in memory and reset when the sample is replayed or the page is closed.

Browser drafts contain your firm branding and software configuration. Buyer contact and attorney bar details are not saved in browser draft storage.

When you save your preview

We store the name, work email, firm details, branding, software configuration, and campaign labels you submit so you can return to your preview and DeNovo can understand the firms interested in its services. A secure browser cookie identifies your saved preview. It is separate from a purchase or client account.

Emailing your preview and one reminder is optional. Product updates have their own optional checkbox. Neither choice is preselected. A recovery email includes a secure, expiring link and an unsubscribe action. Withdrawing email permission stops pending recovery messages; it does not cancel a software order.

Checkout and launch preparation

Stripe handles payment details on its hosted checkout. DeNovo stores the software order, accepted service-order version, verified payment references, and launch information you submit. Monthly billing begins under the terms you reviewed and accepted. Your order remains separate from the legal fees a family pays your firm.

We use the configured database and email providers to support saved previews, order access, and recovery. Stripe, the database provider, and the email provider receive the information required for those operations. Sensitive access tokens and payment secrets are excluded from public pages and exports.

If you use a booking link or embedded calendar on the site, the booking provider handles the appointment information you enter under its own terms and privacy notice. Scheduling inside the fictional product demo is simulated and sends no calendar invitation.

How we measure the site

When measurement is enabled, we count a small set of actions such as opening the demo, reaching a prepared step, choosing a concern, or opening configuration. Counts are grouped by day and campaign. We do not include wizard answers, buyer names, emails, or persistent visitor identifiers in those counts.

Temporary security records use hashed network information to limit abusive requests. Campaign attribution accepts limited labels and referrer domains, rather than full referrer URLs. This build includes no advertising pixels or third-party marketing analytics.

Your choices

You can remove the prospect preview owned by this browser below. Clearing browser site data removes local drafts. Order and payment records are handled separately where needed to fulfill purchases and maintain financial records. Contact hello@atdenovo.com for privacy requests or questions about other records.
