Just booking the first meeting took a week or two. And when it finally happened, it often wasn't even with the attorney, it was with a support person. Then came the emailed PDF forms. Then a meeting with the attorney that mostly went over the information we'd already provided. Only a fraction of the meeting was spent exploring nuances that actually protects a family.

It was clear the whole experience was built around the firm's internal workflows and legacy systems, not the modern families it serves. It was designed by attorneys, for attorneys.

We saw an opportunity to partner with a select group of estate planning attorneys and build a truly de novo experience for the Attorney and Client.

The surprise: solving for the client transformed the attorney's world too.

When the platform handles the intake, the education, and the routine, the attorney's time goes where it belongs: the high-value protection work only a lawyer can do. Handoffs disappear. 100+ conversations with Gen X and Millennial clients to understand their expectations. The insight was clear: digital first, asynchronous by default, with attorney oversight and advice where it truly adds value.

After nine months of development, testing and iterations, we launched a unified platform that manages intake, education, and document preparation, so attorneys spend their time on legal advice, not administration.
